Michele Ryan is an executive coach, facilitator, HR consultant and thought-partner to leaders and leadership teams in the corporate, SME and social enterprise sectors. Prior to this Michele had over 25 years’ experience in indigenous and global franchised organisations including 10 years’ executive leadership team experience with McDonald’s Corporation in Ireland and the U.K. where her role was H.R.
