MAUREEN SIMON

Maureen Simon blends 25 years of experience in international business consulting and community development, including serving to mediate political conflict in Northern Ireland and Eastern Europe. As an acclaimed consultant, teacher, and speaker conducting key notes, workshops, and retreats around the world, she bases her work on the strong belief that our world cultures now need, more than ever before, for women to step into their rightful power and leadership roles. Her work supports cultural transformation as it makes a strong business case on the benefits of women leading at the top of organisations. With a focus on women’s empowerment and gender balance, Maureen supports bridging understanding between men and women in organizations, who are ready and eager to create cultures that encourage the development of women leaders. She believes that advanced skill development in the areas of communication, confidence building, and leadership and career development are all essentialfor women in business to develop today.

She has worked with tens of thousands of women worldwide.  She has also served as a founding member of the Global Women’s Leadership Network at Santa Clara University’s LeaveySchool of Business in Silicon Valley and has pioneered corporate programmes supporting women worldwide as central focus of her career and life work. Maureen is a graduate of The State University of New York with a degree in Community Development and advanced studies in Public Policy from the Nelson A. Rockefeller College of Public Affairs at The State University of New York. She is based in Dublin-Ireland, London-England, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Michele Ryan is an executive coach, facilitator, HR consultant and thought-partner to leaders and leadership teams in the corporate, SME and social enterprise sectors. She also leads regular workshops in Mindful Relating and Intentional Presence.  Prior to this Michele had over 25 years’ experience in indigenous and global franchised organisations including 10 years’ executive leadership team experience with McDonald’s Corporation in Ireland and the U.K. where her role was H.R. Director. She has designed and delivered innovative, successful, and award winning programmes in HR strategy, employer branding, customer experience as well as large IT infrastructural programmes. She is the proud recipient of the McDonald’s President’s Award - an accolade given to the top 1% performers in McDonald’s and is a graduate of the McDonald’s Leadership Development Programme for top talent. Prior to McDonald’s she was Senior Manager, Strategic HR with EBS Building Society.

Michele has held Board positions with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Ronald McDonald House Charity, School for Social Entrepreneurs and she chaired the Board of the Luisne Foundation. She currently sits on several business advisory boards across a range of sectors.  She holds a Masters of Business Studies (UCD), a Diploma in Strategic HR (IMI), is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), is a Master NLP Practitioner (Irish Institute of NLP), holds a Diploma in Mind Coaching (IIAMC), Certificate in Hypnotherapy and is a Reiki Teacher and Systemic Constellation Facilitator

Experienced in international and local business development and marketing, Rosa holds more than 25 years of top management experience in corporate positions in the pharmaceutical sector with responsibility for large marketing, sales and marketing serving as executive director on the board of directors of international companies. Rosa has been recognized for exceeding financial goals, excellence in team building, restructuring commercial teams, management of mergers, design and execution of new business models. A key to her success has been her advanced skills in team engagement which has yielded in explementary talent development and retention.

In 2013 she founded LET (Leadership & Transformation) a private consultancy for which she serves as principal. LET consultants are dedicated to conscious leadership development for executives as well as management and to the transformation of organizations and to the creation of new leadership cultures. In this capacity she advises and directs C-suit leadership development processes, business model innovation, creates women’s leadership development seminars and retreats. Clients include: Abbott, Abbvie, Auren, Bial, BMS, Biogen, Tecnalia, Spanish society of Neurology, Neo Surgery. Rosa is a business coach in the H2020 program method. And her specialties include conscious leadership, women & leadership, business model innovation.

Rosa is president of PWN Bilbao (Professional Women’s Network) an international non for-profit organization that seeks to create balanced leadership. Together with the board of PWN she has successfully launched the new Bilbao hub offering monthly events for training, inspiration, networking and mentoring, with the sponsorship of public and private organizations.

Mari Kennedy is an organisational development and leadership consultant, Integral facilitator, teacher, coach, mentor and entrepreneur. What brings her alive is work that involves her three passions - the future of women, the future of work and the future of society. In her work she weaves ancient wisdom practices mindfulness, self-compassion, embodiment and the Celtic Wheel with contemporary developmental psychology, neuroscience and Integral spirituality.

She works with organisations, teams and individuals to create human-centric adaptive high-performance workplaces. Her clients include EY, Microsoft, Catalyst, Havok, Origina, Overstock Ireland, Not Another and Nine Crows. Her big passion is in supporting women to live and lead on purpose, connected to their innate wisdom and power by evolving their relationship to the feminine and masculine modes of power that exist within them.

Last year she launched The Celtic Wheel, Radical Wisdom for Contemporary Women, a year-long online programme that has gathered women from around the planet to work with evolutionary wisdom and ancient indigenous Celtic wisdom of her native land, Ireland.

Isobel Phillips is a leadership and education consultant, trainer, and coach, passionate about providing leaders with the opportunity to be their best self. As CEO of Common Purpose Ireland, Isobel lead the organisation while chairing cross-sectoral programmes for senior leaders to develop diverse perspectives on leadership. Prior to this, Isobel spent 8 years with Foroige, developing and delivering active and engaging individual and group programmes on themes of leadership, personal development, and wellbeing. Isobel formed her own practice, Educative, in 2015, and works with leaders across the private, public, and not for profit sectors to enable leaders to lead with authenticity, broaden their horizons and reach their potential. Isobel takes a calm and supportive approach to coaching and action learning facilitation, exploring issues and gently challenging to tease out the way forward and develop action plans.  

 

Isobel holds a Masters of Science in Psychology and a Masters of Education, and is an accredited Action Learning facilitator (ILM). Her career experience includes senior leadership, change management, programme development, training, and coaching. She has worked with clients including KPMG, Grant Thornton, Northern Trust, Barnardos, Fidelity Investments, HSE, EY, National University of Ireland, Galway, and the Gaelic Athletic Association.

Lydia Campbell facilitates personal and professional development programmes for dynamic organisations that want to bring better purpose, leadership and wellbeing into their culture.  

 

Since 2009, Lydia has been working across Africa, India and Europe with over 5,000 people from private, public and for-impact sectors. Programmes. She consults in corporations and facilitates retreats and workshops. Lydia’s clients have included Citygroup, KPMG, Irish Life Health, GE Capital, Takeda, Metlife, Aviva, SAP, Cluid Housing, Concern Worldwide, Trinity College Dublin, Scouts Ireland, IRFU, Community Credit Union and over 50 educational institutions and community organisations around Ireland and England.  

 

Lydia studied Law, Coaching + Adult Development and the Healing Arts. These three disciplines merge through her work, creating client experiences that are commercially grounded, professionally transformational and personally restorative.
